A new year definitely calls for a new Member of the Month. This January, we're celebrating Sophie Patchett from Office Pantry! Sophie is always smiling and has kept the Square Works team smiling for years! We asked her some questions about herself and her role, keep reading to find out more!
Can you tell us about your job? How did it all start?
"I’ve been at Office Pantry for almost four years now. The company was just finding its feet again after lockdown, at a time when it became increasingly clear that one of the best ways to encourage employees back into the office was through… snacks! That’s where we stepped in. I started out on the customer team, and as the company grew, my role naturally evolved alongside it."
Any recent news or achievements you wish to share?
"Yes! I’ve just been promoted to Head of Marketing and Events at Office Pantry, which I’m over the moon about. I hosted my very first Office Managers event back in November, and it was a huge hit."
What do you like the most about being a member at Square Works?
"Definitely the friendly faces you’re greeted with every day. Whether you’re walking past the reception team or chatting with fellow coffee lovers, everyone’s always up for a conversation - it really makes coming into the office a pleasure!"
What’s your current favourite song to listen to on your way into the office?
"Ooo, great question! It definitely changes with the weather, but our office loves blasting the Sugababes to kick-start the day. We’ve had many karaoke trips where we’ve sung our hearts out to 'About You Now'"
