It’s now been over six weeks since Square Works opened its doors to its first tenants, and what a six weeks it has been!
Phase One of Square Works saw the opening of 7 private offices and 19 hot-desks. The demand has been extraordinary, with all of the offices now taken and 95% of available hot-desk memberships snapped up, we think its fair to say that the unveiling of Square Works has been a resounding success!
Here is just a small insight into a few of Square Work’s founding residents and an indication of the breadth of creativity we already have under one roof!
THE MANA HOUSE- self-proclaimed ‘geeks’, the Mana House aims to create a wholly inclusive community for fellow geeks whose interests span all table-top hobbies, from trading card games, to Wargaming. The Mana House’s office space really is geared up for all ‘mana’ of activites..! With a constant stream of people it certainly looks like the business is set to grow and grow!
TROY TV- an innovative Film and Television Company that specialize in documentaries, factual entertainment and educational content, Troy TV collaborate with some of the best independent broadcasters and independent production companies across the world.
BEHIND THE SCENES EVENTS- providing a truly exceptional service to their clients, ensuring that the right environment is created in order to deliver the best possible events to their clients. Spanning across both corporate and charity clientele, Behind The Scenes guarantee that all of their events are a success and memorable for all that attend.
The feedback that Kevin, the Community Manager, has received so far has been overwhelmingly positive. Residents have spoken of the community feel within Square Works and how the members’ lunches and ‘prosecco Thursdays’ both hosted at the Square Club create a real sense of cohesion among the residents.
