This July, we're celebrating Caroline Gray from Affinity Care. Caroline is a wonderful person to have around at Square Works, her warmth and incredible organisational skills do not go unnoticed! We asked Caroline some questions about her work at Affinity Care, here's what she had to say:
Can you tell us about your job? How did it all start?
"I work for Affinity Care - a healthcare staffing agency working with Clients in Bristol and the surrounding areas. My role focuses on compliance (which doesn't sound very exciting!) managing the onboarding, training, audits, invoicing, etc. I joined the company when my twin girls started school and I was looking for a job that offered flexible working around school hours ... my children are now nearly 15 and I celebrated my 9th year with Affinity this year!!"
What do you like most about being a member at Square Works?
"Square Works is a lovely place to work. There is a great environment and although I'm only in the office once or twice a week everyone you meet around the building is very friendly. Special shout out to Niamh to say thanks for all your help with my training and induction a couple of weeks ago! Obviously one of the highlights (for myself and the rest of the Affinity team!) of working at Square Works are the Wednesday 'treats' - I'd like to make a special request for more chocolate brownies which are a definite favourite!"
