This August, we're celebrating Ben Carvell. Ben's warmth, consideration and helpful nature go a long way and we have loved having him on-board for the past two or so years! We asked Ben some questions about his work at LanciaConsult, here's what he had to say:
Can you tell us about your job? How did it all start?
"I’m part of the team at LanciaConsult, working mostly with clients on digital transformation projects. I joined Lancia in May 2022 and since day one have had a big involvement in our ESG activities, whether that’s our work with charity clients in Bristol or understanding our environmental impact and educating the team about it. LanciaConsult is a great place to work, with some really awesome people."
Any recent news or achievements you wish to share?
"I’m moving on to pastures new and will be leaving Lancia this month. I’m excited for the next chapter, but sad to be leaving the team and will miss working in such an awesome office!"
What do you like most about being a member at Square Works?
"I’ll try hard not to say Wednesday treats… It has got to be the cheerfulness of the Square Works team. Nothing is ever too much of an ask, and the team are always happy to help. This friendliness and passion help to bind the Square Works community together and makes it a wonderful place to work."
