As CEO and Founder of The Spa Collaborative, Lauren has worked with many of the most exclusive spas and resorts across the globe, and is always friendly to fellow members and the team.

Can you tell us about your job? How did it all start?
"After spending over 15 years working in spa and wellness and consulting within luxury hotels, I recognized an opportunity to offer consultancy services in a more collaborative manner. This led me to found The Spa Collaborative. My goal was to positively impact the industry's professionals, believing that this would lead to improved financial outcomes and enhanced guest experiences. I'm pleased to say that this approach has proven successful and 9 years later we're going strong."
Any recent news or achievements you wish to share?
"We are so proud to now operate in more than 40 countries worldwide and we a proudly WeConnect certified Women-owned business."
What do you like most about being a member at Square Works?
"The energy and feel of Square Works is so positive and uplifting. The Square Works team are always so helpful and I am sure we have been more productive as a business since formalising our office space here. The location is phenomenal and clients and team members love visiting us."
