It's time for a brand new Member of the Month! This March, we're celebrating Alisa De Faria, the Senior Consultant at Recruitment Partnership. This is very well-deserved, and the team would like to say a huge thanks to Ali for being you!
Can you tell us about your job? How did it all start?
"I’ve been working with Recruitment Partnership for coming up to 20 years, starting as a temp initially and then quickly moving into a permanent position with them. During this time I’ve worked my way up from helping out as an administrator - to now working as their senior consultant. It’s a challenging and demanding industry, but it keeps me on my toes and I love speaking to all our clients and candidates."
Any recent news or achievements you wish to share?
"Most of my time outside of work is taken up with family life and my daughter (so sadly miss out on a lot of the lovely networking events at the Square Works). We have also started to do some dog sitting recently (which is brilliant!), and I hope to be able to bring one of the dogs I look after into the Square Works offices soon! I’m also looking forward to my holiday in NZ coming up shortly (my in-laws are Kiwi’s and we are well overdue a visit!)."

What do you like the most about being a member at Square Works?
"I really love coming into the offices at Square Works – it’s such a nice atmosphere and I love my morning chats with you all (I’m so sorry that you are often on the receiving end of my rants about the rain/train strikes/cold etc etc etc). Everyone is super friendly and helpful, plus it gets me out of the house and I can get my steps in for the day!"
