A new year definitely calls for a new Member of the Month. This January, we're celebrating Georgia Mizen! Georgia is always a great presence here at Square Works and if we had a different award for being a fashion icon (alternatively, best coat), Georgia would win that too! We asked her some questions about herself and her role, keep reading to find out more!
Can you tell us about your job? How did it all start?
"I’m the founder & director of Fable & Verse – a freelance network offering marketing & advertising services to businesses that bring joy. It was born out of a decade-long career that’s taken me from product copywriting to social media advertising & now, alongside my team of exceptional freelancers, to defining my clients’ brand messages & getting them out into the market through the best channels for them."
Any recent news or achievements you wish to share?
"We recently signed our first major brand name client, which is wildly exciting & promises more to come for 2024."
What do you like the most about being a member at Square Works?
"Square Works has the community & warm, inviting atmosphere I was missing when working from home. It’s a place I love to come to each day - something I never thought I’d say about an office!"
