Our unique workspace, Square Works, has been announced as a finalist for the Bristol Property Award for Best Commercial Development! The winner will be revealed in February 2021.
We are excited and very proud to have been recognised as a finalist in the Commercial Development category of the 2020 Bristol Property Awards! It’s an honour to be listed as a key player in Bristol, contributing to the city’s dynamic workspace sector and testament to our dedicated teams’ incredible work over the last year.
At Square Works, we wanted to create a perfect environment for our members to thrive based on natural light, greenery and art. Our design team have done just that and created a space that is luxurious yet practical. We truly stand out from the sleek, corporate style of many workspaces. Featuring artwork from local artist Jim Starr, as well as sourcing beautiful plants from Fancy Plants, has ensured our space is an exceptional place to work. After expansive renovations, beginning in January 2018, we are proud to have retained and remained faithful to many period features (such as the original coving and lovely high ceilings) whilst still providing modern amenities and some contemporary design. As demonstrated by our atrium space, which features handmade resin tiles and a palm tree all underneath a glass roof.
Square Works provides outstanding services to creative individuals and businesses in Bristol. We value individuality and creativity, but our central ethos is community. Our members are the key to our success and have made this opportunity possible, and so we aim to support our members through exclusive events, well-being programmes and networking opportunities to enable their businesses – and personal lives – to thrive.
