We were absolutely thrilled to share our exciting news at our Spring Soiree – we’re expanding Square Works next door into 19 Berkeley Square! In the last three years, we've grown so much as a community that we're now ready to expand - which means more meeting rooms, more kitchens...and a gym!
This beautiful grade II-listed Georgian townhouse is currently being restored to its former glory and we're so excited to breathe life into this previously abandoned building. With elegant sweeping staircases, floor-to-ceiling windows and a spectacular cupola, it will provide a stunning home for organisations looking for office space or flexible work space. Interest is already strong, so make sure you get your applications in early.
The building will be designed in the Square Works style: lots of natural light, lots of greenery and an environment that is both professional and personal.
This is our fourth expansion in three years as we've grown to meet the needs of our members and following the sold out successes of previous phases, this will be the last chance to snap up offices at the prestigious postcode. This exciting new expansion is set to open its doors in Autumn 2022 and applications are now open for the final few spaces.

Since its initial opening in June 2019, Square Works has established itself as the luxury option in the co-working scene, with high-end perks included in membership (such as restaurant food from The Square Club delivered directly to desk, free prosecco, baked treats and a plethora of exciting events). As part of our commitment to Bristol, we offer benefits such as yoga classes and art classes to encourage members to support local businesses - and we’re always looking for interesting partnerships.
